The Wichita Falls Area Food Bank announced Friday that they are welcoming a new chief executive officer. The WFAFB board of directors appointed David O'Neil to lead the organization. O'Neil was previously the food bank's director of philanthropy, then stepped in as interim CEO in late 2022. He is a Wichita Falls High School and Midwestern State University graduate. O'Neil worked in financial services for 40 years, most recently as the region bank president for Wells Fargo in Central Texas. He moved back to Wichita Falls in 2020.
